We had a VERY NICE stay thanks to hotel's superfriendly and pleasant staff. The location was marvellous - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are tidy and bright. The location is great, not too far from Plaza de la Coronacion. Btw, it's at a moderate distance from city centre. Will be back, our experience was very nice.

Le logement était spacieux, bien conçu et très bien équipé avec une petite kitchenette, un réfrigérateur et une machine à laver. Idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes lors d'un court séjour à Tokyo. À seulement 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Tokyo et à proximité de nombreuses lignes de métro et de train. Personnel vraiment serviable et agréable.

The Hotel is smack-bang in the Centre of the Town, within 100 yards of the Bus Stop (15 minutes duration) to the stunning beach of Isla Canela. The Breakfast is excellent, the Reception staff are there 24 hours a day and are very knowledgeable with loads of information and that very important Map !! The surprise factor is the little Zoo/Nature Park behing the Hotel - may I suggest visiting to see the various Animals !!

Staff very friendly at this budget hotel. The rooms were large with twin beds. Whilst clean and freshly decorated, the hotel could really do with an upgrade. However, the bathrooms were newer and very good. The staff made up for any small inadequacies, the breakfast was good and the price was extremely good. Very good location for a three minute walk into a lovely vibrant small town centre, particularly on a Saturday night.

This hotel offers great value for money with excellent facilities. The rooms are a good size and even have balconies overlooking a wonderful park. The location is also ideal, as it is close to the town centre, the ferry to Portugal, and just on the outskirts of the city.

All in all, our stay was fantastic and there isn't much that could be improved.

The hotel was very close to the marina / beaches and the ferry which takes you across to portugal. Littl Zoo next to the hotel. Nice large rooms with balcony and large bathrooms. Nice breakfast.

Can be a little cold in the rooms - make sure you take the extra blanket out of the wardrobe.

The staff were great and very helpful this hotel is great for what you pay dont expect a modern hotel and breakfast is basic continental fare no bacon and eggs but then this hotel caters for spanish more than english which is fine iwould stay here again

Great location near the marina and town center, with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The rooms were reasonably spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate and included fresh produce.

The hotel desperately needs updating. The rooms feel outdated, and the bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. The balconies overlook an unappealing view of a flat supermarket roof and the nearby zoo. Additionally, the hotel lacked any real facilities or leisure options.

Position within walking distance from town centre, bedrooms good size with balcony overlooking park and zoo. Bathroom looked recently re-furbished.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with everything close by and easily accessible, especially the ferry to Portugal. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive and there are plenty of parking spots available. The staff members are friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
